Your results can be viewed through the patient portals of our lab partners. Please see below on how to access your results.
If your specimen was sent to Quest Diagnostics:
- Please set up an account on myquest.questdiagnostics.com to retrieve your results directly from our national lab partner, Quest.
- My Circle, a feature of MyQuest, lets you request permission to access updates on your family’s test results.
- If you have trouble accessing your Quest account, please call Quest at 1-866-697-8378 and Press 1 for patient support. You can also email us at [email protected]
If your specimen was sent to Labcorp (Clover, Horizon NJ Health & Amerihealth patients):
- Please access your results via the LabCorp patient portal: https://patient.labcorp.com
If your PCR result is positive, we will notify you to explain further steps. You can always email us with your name, DOB (date of birth) and report request to [email protected] or give us a call.
