DOT Physicals Available at Cliffside Park Urgent Care Facility
Under federal law, operators of commercial motor vehicles are required to undergo a physical examination every two years. Our FMCSA certified medical examiners at our Cliffside Park location can administer physical exams and issue a certificate attesting that you are physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). DOT physicals at our urgent care will include:
- Urinalysis
- Vision exam
- Hearing exam
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Reflex test

Prior To Your DOT Physical Exam:
- Please bring your eyeglasses, contact lens or hearing aid with you to your appointment.
- Bring a list of your medications.
- Complete the Driver Information and Health History sections of the Medical Examination Report form.
